Programs

House of Hope: a transient home for children with cancer where patients stay with their families for free whilst awaiting treatment or outpatient follow-up.  The facility used to be an old dorm inside Southern Philippines Medical Center premises and renovated through the efforts of Rotary Club of Waling Waling Davao to offer a 7-bedroom transient home for the children and their caregivers. In return for their stay, parents help keep the place clean and homey for the children.  Patches of Green, another charity organization assisted in further refurbishing the home. DCCFI oversees the daily operations together with the Pediatric Oncology Team and Southern Philippines Medical Center.
